Meet Liberty Cooper, founder of LIBERTY THE AGENCY

Liberty is a passionate talent agent with over 8 years experience managing some of the top talent in the UK and has had the pleasure of developing the careers of many.

Liberty’s journey in PR & marketing began over a decade ago, where she initially delved into the vibrant working world of public relations, specialising in kids fashion & lifestyle. It was during these early stages that Liberty knew she wanted to start her own business. 

 After a couple of years, Liberty started working at one of the top modelling agencies in London on the social division managing talent across reality TV. It was at that time that Liberty developed a keen eye for spotting emerging talent and nurturing their potential, which led her to go on to work at some of the best talent management agencies in London.

In May 2022, Liberty embarked on a mission to redefine talent management. Recognising a gap in the market for an agency that offered a truly personal and authentic approach. Driven by a vision to merge professional success with personal fulfilment, she sought to create an environment where individuals could thrive as a creator while embracing their passions and enjoying life to the fullest.

For Liberty, the name "Liberty" holds profound significance. It symbolises freedom - the freedom to pursue one's dreams, the freedom to explore diverse interests, and the freedom to craft a career that aligns with one's values and aspirations.
